Levi's Experience
Re/Max Properties S.W., Inc. – Orlando, FL – 1990 to present
At Re/Max I enjoy the flexibility of running my own business under the umbrella of the Re/Max Organization. Allowing me to provide superior service and meet the individual needs of my customers and clients. Re/Max provides three receptionists, a first impression call coordinator, office manager, sales manager and broker. Each transaction is to be handled with a high degree of integrity and honesty. Careful attention is paid to every detail and an emphasis is placed on maintaining high ethical standards. The freedom of Re/max allows me to develop a marketing program specifically tailored to the needs of the client; ensuring a speedy efficient sale. I have developed strong lasting relationships with several lenders, allowing me to stay informed of financing options and the financial market trends.
Prudential Main Street Realtors – Orlando, FL 1989 to 1990
I was rookie of the year, ranked third in the office for dollar volume and second in closed transactions. The Main Street office was a great place to get my feet wet, but I realized that I needed a more entrepreneurial environment. Becoming an independent contractor at Re/Max gave me the freedom I needed to grow.
1983 to 1989
Before real estate I worked in newspaper advertising. My first job out of college was advertising sales for the Dallas Morning News. After a year I was offered a better position at the Odessa American. A year later I was promoted to the Turlock Journal in California. I quickly rose from Advertising Manager to Advertising Director. My intuition told me newspaper advertising was a shrinking business. Therefore, I took a job at The Fort Meyers News Press with the promise of moving onto magazine advertising. While at the News Press I took over a bureau office that had lost money for eight straight years. Within seven months I had turned it around, it became quite profitable. Doing a good job trapped me in a position I didn’t want. I knew I would be happier working for myself. Having remodeled homes in my spare time, real estate was a natural fit. I moved to Orlando and started with Main Street.
