Most bits are sold in a 5 size. You might be surprised to find your horse is more comfortable in a different size. Bits also come in 4 and 5 1/8 sizes. Measure your horse with a simple device called a Bit Fit to find the exact width of your horses mouth. (www.theoriginalbitfi.com)
Check where the bit lays in your horse’s mouth to see if the bridal is adjusted correctly. Too high, causing wrinkles in the mouths corners, he’ll feel constant pressure. Too low, it may hit his teeth and flop around in his mouth. A bit should touch the corners of the lips without showing any wrinkles.
Many training issues with horses stem from anxiety about their mouths, so having the right bit is important.
Many problems with selling a home comes from hiring an improperly trained Realtor. Levi is well trained in the skills of selling Orlando Horse Property. Find out how, call Levi at 407-489-0155.

RealtyTrac just released a report that the number of foreclosures has dropped. However, the number of households delinquent on their payments has grown. Wait a minute, how can that be? Less foreclosures and more people not making payments. The answer is short sales. Banks would rather do a short sale than a foreclosure.
If you know someone that is struggling with their home payments, they need to call me at 407-489-0155. For 6 out of 10 families a short sale is the best option. Many times it’s the most cost effective option for the banks. It’s a win win for both parties.

Yesterday, I showed a Solar Powered Home totally off the electric grid. Had an interesting conversation with the owner. Through trial and error and many hours on the internet he had set up a simple system that supplied him with all his electrical needs. I was amazed with the simplicity of the system. His cost was around three thousand dollars in equipment cost. He installed the system himself, so there was no labor cost involved. For several thousand dollars, some labor and creative thinking he was living life with free electricity. Makes me wonder…

Purchasing real-estate in Orlando is one of the most important investments you will make. Before you buy a home it is absolutely necessary to assess the condition, mostly to establish a fair market value on the home. From a personal experience, you need to know exactly what you are getting yourself into. All too often you hear horror stories of people who forgo the inspection only to find themselves in serious trouble. Because of their lapse in judgment they have lost thousands of dollars. Some have even lost their homes due to termite damage, water damage, and mold.

For those of you asking the question.. “can I do the home inspection myself?”. Here is your answer…although Florida law does not require one, I highly recommend it! Even if you are an experienced home owner you still need the expertise and knowledge of a professional home inspection. Please understand this is their profession and they know what to look for. Most importantly, they have done thousands of home inspections and can easily spot problem areas which will save you valuable time and money.
If you are purchasing horse property in Orlando, don’t forget to have the inspector check your barn, tack room and any other structure on the property. Replacing a barn can be expensive and knowing in advance about any termite damage or wood rot can make a big difference in the purchase price of your home.
